Privacy Policy

Overview

At Pixxx ("we", "our", "us"), your privacy is our priority. This policy explains how we handle data when you use our image tools at pixxx.in.

Image Processing

Most image processing on Pixxx happens entirely in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images are never uploaded to our servers for these operations. For operations requiring server-side processing (such as HEIC conversion), images are uploaded via encrypted connection, processed, and automatically deleted immediately after processing.

Account Data

If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and (if using Google sign-in) your Google account ID and profile picture URL. We use bcrypt to hash passwords. Account data is used solely to provide personalized features like editing history and file re-downloads.

Activity History

For logged-in users, we store activity logs (tool used, file name, file size, timestamp) and processed files for up to 7 days to enable re-downloads. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and theme preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Third-Party Services

If you use Google Sign-In, Google's privacy policy applies to the authentication process. We receive only your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Data Security

All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Server-processed images are deleted immediately after processing (or after 7 days for saved files). We do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your personal data.
